Rebranding Decay On Net

Decay On Net has been in use for roughly 2 1/2 years already. It's about time I rebrand Decay On Net to keep up with times. Everyone change their brand name once in a while to improve their image. I think I should change the name for Decay On Net to something better.

The new name will reflect my promise to deliver fascinating and inspiring blog entries for your reading pleasure.

It took me lots of money and time to rebrand Decay On Net. After several months of brain storming and discussions with friends from marketing, branding and PR, I still couldn’t come up with a good name to replace Decay On Net. Someone even suggested keeping the old name. But that is so outdated. I need to think of a new branding to keep up with time. Die die also must change.

Then few days ago, I saw a news article on Science Centre rebranding themselves. See, everyone is rebranding themselves nowadays. Which means that I’m following the right trend.

The Singapore Science Centre is rebranding itself as Science Centre, Singapore.

The new name was unveiled as the Centre turned 30.

Education Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam graced its anniversary dinner on Friday.

The Centre now caters to 120,000 students each year.

With its new name comes a new logo, which is inspired by the Centre's promise to deliver a fascinating and inspiring discovery of science.

Hmmmm.... From "The Singapore Science Centre" to "Science Centre, Singapore". Brilliant idea. Why didn’t I think of that?

---------

So, ladies and gentleman, I'm proud to present to you the new branding for Decay On Net....

*Drum roll*

On Net Decay

Thank you.... Thank you.....

My good twin brother cannot be trusted!!!

After reading CNA's article on the Bring You Own Bag campaign, I feel that my good twin brother cannot be trusted.

According to an NEA survey, more shoppers have become aware of the BYOB initiative since it launched six months ago, with about 60 per cent supporting the campaign by bringing their own bags, making donations for plastic bags, buying reusable bags, or refusing plastic bags for small items.

The news say 60% of the shoppers support the campaign.

My good twin brother did some citizen journalism and wrote 2 article on the Bring Your Own Bag campaign.

Bring your own what? Bag?
Bring your own what? Bag? - 6 months later

The news article say majority of the people bring their own bags. But in his 2 article, he claims that only a small handful of people brought their own bags during the 5 minutes when he was there. If 60% of the people bring their own bags, then why were there so few people during that 5 minutes?

So I hereby conclude that he is lying! This guy cannot be trusted. He must have faked the numbers. He is trying to trick us into believing that the Bring Your Own Bag campaign isn't working. How could he do that? This guy is evil. And he still dares to call me "evil twin brother". Now looks who is more evil?

And one of the article even won the Ping.sg 2007 Best Citizen Journalism Post Award. He should be disqualified! That article is a fake! 60% of the shoppers bring their own bags. He is lying! Remove his title. Give the award to the next best nominee.

OK, another explanation is that the 60% aren't at the supermarket while he was there. But what is the chances of that happening? Very slim.

Don't trust my Good Twin Brother. He is a big liar. Luckily the mainstream media step out and show us the correct figures. Else we would never know that he is lying.

I'm beginning to wonder if he is lying about the wireless@sg issue too. Maybe wireless@sg is super duper fast and reliable. But he wrote fake article to give everyone the impression that it's a failure. Let's wait for the mainstream media to tell us the truth.

Surcharge can resolve every single issue

Our great leader has spoken again. This time, they decide to resolve the long standing issue on the supply and demand of taxi. It is about time they address this issue. There has been lots of complaint on errant drivers who refuse to pick up passengers. MP Seng Han Thong, who is also the adviser to the six-affiliate Taxi Operators' Association suggested:-

Taxi companies need to impose surcharges at taxi stands in the CBD (central business district) and Orchard Road areas during peak hours, and at lobbies of hotels, major tourist attractions and nightspots. Only location surcharges can address the problem of balancing the demand and supply of taxi services at specific places and time, while allowing taxis to charge a more affordable rate at other places such as HDB estates and neighbourhood shopping malls.

*worship our great leader*

This is indeed a great solution to our suffering. Add surcharge. Why didn’t anyone think of that earlier? Look, adding surcharge can ensure that the demand for taxi at key places can be met. Isn’t that great? Suddenly I feel that I’ll never have any worries when trying to get a taxi.

In fact, our great leader has just shown us that surcharge can resolve every single issue in life.

Imagine the following:-

Not enough taxi at key location? Impose location surcharge.
Not enough taxi during peak hour? Impose peak hour surcharge.
Too many cars on the road? Impose road usage surcharge. (aka ERP)
Too crowded on Train during peak hour? Impose train peak hour surcharge.
Not enough seats on train? Impose train seat surcharge.
Not enough buses on the road? Impose bus surcharge.
Bus badly maintained? Impose bus maintenance surcharge.
Lift too dirty? Impose lift surcharge.
Toilet too dirty? Impose toilet surcharge.
Birth rate dropping? Impose childless surcharge.
Aging workforce? Impose retirement surcharge.
Orchard road too crowded? Impose shopping surcharge.
Too many people queuing for donut? Impose queue surcharge.
Cost of living gone up? Impose cost of living surcharge.
Power consumption gone up? Impose power surcharge.
Water supply running low? Impose water surcharge.
Too much air pollution? Impose breathing surcharge.
Too much noise pollution? Impose talking surcharge.
Too many people farting? Impose fart surcharge.

In fact, all the ministries can do a generic solution for our daily problems:
Impose *insert fancy name* surcharge.

Look at the wonderful things that surcharge can do. It can truly do wonders. I’m sure that the taxi issue will be fully resolved once the location surcharge kicks in. If not, we can always add more surcharge until the problem has been resolve. Remember, everything can be resolved using surcharge.

Indeed a wise leader. No wonder we are paying them so much money.

We have the erection in Malaysia

Zainuddin Maidin, Malaysia's Information Minister, claims that their goverment allows erection every 5 years during an interview with Al Jazeera News.

YA! It's a illegal protest because we have the erection in Malaysia. It's no-no point on having a protest! We are allowing to every erection... every five years never fail! We are not our like, like Myanmar, not like other country. And, and you are helping this. You Al-Jazeera also is helping this, this forces. The, you know, these forces who are not in passion, who don't believe in democracy!

The full transcript can be found here.

OK, perhaps I shouldn't interfere with other's internal affairs. But allowing erection every 5 years doesn't seems very democratic to me.

PS: I know he meant election. But I have to agree that it sounds like erection. Our expensive "Mai Hum" joke lose this this big time. Perhaps we should consider employing him to entertain us instead. Our pay is much better. We sure need this kind of foreign talent.

Worker Party = Wayang Party?

Congrats to the workers party. They finally got themselves a hate blog. Well done. It’s not easy to have a hate blog specially dedicated to you. I want also don’t have. 50 years of hard work by the party finally paid off.

There is an interesting article about someone pasting poster scolding Worker Party near their recent 50th anniversary dinner venue. The best poster must be the one with a picture of Malay puppet show with the tagline "Stop the WAYANG KULIT now. What has the WP done since GE2006?"

hhmmm... Good question. Well, they can’t even hold a cycling event at ECP to begin with. What can they do?

I was reading the ongoing discussion in forum. Someone counter question “What has the PAP done since GE2006?”

Well... I say: Minister pay hike, ERP hike, GST hike, Transport fare hike, CPF withdrawal age increase....

Did I miss out anything? PAP did so much for Singapore after GE2006. Yet we see some heartless jerks asking such question! *PUI* You should be ashamed of yourself. They’ve done so much for us. Still not enough? You mean you still want more?

Oh ya... They EVEN DID hip hop during Chingay!

It only takes 20 minutes to reach any corner of Singapore

I was reading the forums when this article from India caught my attention.

Lee Kuan Yew told the minister that the land acquisition procedure for any developmental project is completed within two months and claims are taken in subsequent phases. "Congestion taxes on vehicles plying on busy roads are a routine course of action in Singapore. The maximum time to reach any corner of Singapore is 20 minutes as traffic is not allowed to flood the roads," he added.

Well, if you hear it from MM Lee, it got to be true. Why not? With Traffic Police escorting your car, everyone can reach any corner of Singapore within 20 minutes. What? You mean you don’t have your personal Traffic Police to escort you to office everyday? Well, then it’s about time you find a job that give you such benefits. Don’t blame anyone if you take more than 20 minutes to travel.

And the traffic is never allowed to flood the road. The jam that you are causing every day is illegal. You are not allowed to flood the roads. So give way to the Traffic Police escort.

Come to think of it, have he ever tried traveling from Tuas to Changi?
Or from City to Yishun via CTE during peak hour?

DK is dead

Hey guys. I’m sorry to inform all of you that my good twin brother is dead. He didn’t die of heroin overdose. Would be really funny if he does since he just blog about anti-drugs lately. It would also look nice on tomorrow.sg too. Imagine heading: Anti-drug blogger dies of heroin overdose. Hahahaha... Best if someone tagged it as humor.

But since this blog entry is coming from DK’s evil twin brother, you should know by now that everything I said is sarcastic and shouldn’t be taken too seriously. You shouldn’t believe me when I said that our ministers deserves another pay increment (I hope). And common sense (which isn’t very common lately) would have told you that if the good DK is dead, the evil twin brother can’t be more alive.

Everyone have their own writing style. Some write in a humor and satire manner while others are dead serious. After awhile, everyone will know what to expect from the author. Just like you can expect me to blog in a sarcastic style while my good twin brother to blog in a.... eerrrrr.... Wait. What is DK’s writing style? He got style one meh?

I know everyone is confused now. Firstly, they see two entries on ping.sg saying that William Hung is dead (one from an entertainment news blog, no less), then another one saying he is not dead. Now they see an entry saying DK is dead. So who is dead and who is not?

Well, if you believe me, please transfer the white gold to my internet banking account. Thanks.

PS by DK: I’m not dead. At least not yet. But I will if I don’t complete my final assignment by tonight. Which I’m stuck and have totally no idea how to do. Damn. Perhaps my evil twin brother is right. I am dead.

Singapore has more press freedom

Good news everyone. Singapore's press freedom index has gone up. The figure in 2006 shows that Singapore's press freedom index is at 51,50. The latest figure by Reporters Without Borders for 2007 shows that Singapore's press freedom index is at 56,00. Congrat! We are having more press freedom. Our worldwide ranking has jumped from position 146 to 141 out of 169 countries. Quite an impressive achievement.

It shows that the Government is doing a good job in allowing press freedom. So who says Singapore don't have press freedom? We have more press freedom than 28 other countries in the world. Go talk to the 28 countries first before saying Singapore has no press freedom.

Singapore's ranking has overtaken Afghanistan this year! Well done everyone. Looks like the Talibans aren't giving their press too much freedom this year. Shame on the Talibans. And Singapore is catching up with Sudan soon. Lets hope we will over take Sudan next year.

But we still lose to our neighbour Malaysia. Malaysia's ranking is at 124. Malaysia very Boleh. Their press must be very free. That why they have so much freedom.

Don't worry. Our minister will make sure that we will not lose to Malaysia next year. But in order for our minister to improve our press freedom index, they need another round of pay increment.

Congrats everyone. Singapore is having more press freedom! Keep up the good work.

6 easy steps to increase your website’s traffic and technorati ranking

1) Choose a current event that is having lots of media attention. (Preferably a gross human rights violation)

2) Ask all bloggers to blog about that issue on a fixed day and declare that day as International Blogger day.

3) Create nice banners and request everyone to link to your site when blogging about that issue.

4) Spread the words.

5) Sit back and watch your traffic and technorati raking go up.

6) Do nothing to help solve the issue.

Additional Notes:
* It doesn’t matter if you are of no authority to declare a day as “International Blogger Day”. Nobody will bother to check your authority.

* It doesn’t matter if someone else had declared “International Blogger Day” previously. Everyday can be International Blogger Day if there is a gross human rights violation.

* It doesn’t matter if you do nothing to help solve the issue. Everyone will think that you are promoting awareness of the issue.

* Even when the mainstream media is covering the story 24/7, it is still not enough awareness.

* We need bloggers to promote awareness in case there are people who are living in a well and has no access to any form of media except blogs.

PS: I’m concern about the events that are happening recently. But I just can’t stand it when people are trying to leverage on the current situation for their own selfish gains.

Our ministers need another pay increment urgently!!!

S'pore is world's 4th least corrupt nation
It moves one notch up, after New Zealand, Denmark, Finland which tie for the top spot in Transparency International's 2007 index.

SINGAPORE moved up one notch to become the world's 4th least corrupt nation in Transparency International's 2007 index released on Wednesday.
It was ranked fifth last year in the annual study of the level of corruption in the public sector in 180 countries.

Faring the best in the survey were Denmark, Finland and New Zealand, in a first-place tie with each scoring of 9.4 on the Corruption Perception Index (CPI).

Singapore shared the 4th spot with Sweden, scoring 9.3.

After the recent ministers pay increments, Singapore managed to move up one notch to become 4th least corrupt nation. We are beginning to see the effects of the minister pay increments. This is good news and will surely shut the naysayers’ mouth. And the minister’s pay increment was only 5 months ago. I’m glad that we are seeing effect within such a short time span.

But hold the champagnes first. Let’s face the sad reality. Being number 4 is not good enough. Singapore is a unique country which cannot afford to be in the 4th position. If we want to be the hub for everything that is hub-able, we must aim for the number 1 spot. Yes, it is important for our country’s survival. And we need to do something about it urgently. Or we our gals will end up as maids in other country and guys as construction workers.

The government is right. Increasing the minister’s pay does make Singapore less corrupted and a better place. We should continue on this proven model. I suggest that we have an urgent parliament session soon to discuss the next minister pay increment. The last increment wasn’t high enough, that is why we only managed to go up 1 position. I suggest doubling all ministers and civil servants salary. Plus give them gold tap in their toilet and 12 month bonus if we get 1st position for the Corruption Perception Index next year. This should be in everyone’s KPI for year 2008. This is a very important issue. Other stuff like better medical healthcare for the poor and old are not important. Who cares if the old folks are collecting soft drink cans from dustbin?

We need to increase our minister’s pay quickly so that Singapore can get the top spot in the Corruption Perception Index next year. I hope our government gets to read this.

I love wireless@sg

I love wireless@sg. Its the best thing IDA has ever produced. Seriously, wireless@sg is brilliant. Never have I seen anything as good as this.

I really lost count of the number of times wireless@sg disconnect on me. Wow, it sure is exciting when you are using wireless@sg. Everytime you click a link, you will be wondering if the page will load properly. Surfing the internet never been so exciting before. You will either go "WOW. I ganna disconnected again" or "Hey look, I can load that page properly!".

The wonderful wireless@sg network will also log you out frequently. This give you the chance to see the beautifully designed login page again and again. I love the GUI and colour scheme so much that I'm glad that they keep logging me out. Sometimes, I get to see the login page every 5 minutes. Who wants to surf the internet when the login page is so beautiful?

Cool right? This is IDA's master plan for a globally connected and intelligent nation by 2015. By covering Singapore with a totally unreliable WIFI network. This is indeed Uniquely Singapore. Singapore tourism board can even put on their website that say "Surf internet on the go with wireless@sg which disconnects you randomly". I bet the tourist will all be impressed by the frequent random disconnection. They don't get to experience this kind of excitement back in their country.

And IDA is planning to roll out more services on wireless@sg. Services like VOIP. Imagine wireless@sg disconnecting the phone call when your wife starts nagging at you? Cool right?

I suggest IDA look into ways to link life support machine to wireless@sg. The person on this kind of life support machine will die once the network get disconnected. Imagine linking wireless@sg to Vivian Balakrishnan's life support machine. I bet IDA will surely do something to wireless@sg to make it less exciting and more reliable. Don't you think so? Seriously, I strongly believe that if your survival depends on wireless@sg, then you might as well end your life now.

PS: You may ask, why Vivian Balakrishnan? Cause he is the Second Minister For Information, Communications And The Arts. And also that ass who refuse to give the poor additional $30 per month.

PS again: DK's twin brother decided to blog this entry after DK lost count of the number of times he got disconnected from wireless@sg at Starbucks today.

FAQ regarding the Dave Teo Incident

Been surfing around and reading forums and blogs regarding Dave Teo who AWOL with SAR21. Lots of questions are being asked, but no answer provided by the authorities. I guess I should help answer some of the commonly asked questions on their behalf.

Why is a 20 year old NSF being issued with live ammo during guard duties?
Indeed, a 20 year old NSF shouldn’t be trusted with live ammo. Not even when they are doing guard duties. They should be issued blanks which produce loud sound to scare away intruders trying to enter the army camp. If they run out of blanks, they can just shout “Bang Bang” while pressing the trigger.

If the intruder isn’t scared by the sound of blank, the guard duties personnel can attached his bayonet to the rifle and charge towards the intruder. All our soldiers are taught the art of bayonet fighting during their BMT.

Eeeerrr.... Excuse me, but the new SAR 21 cannot attach bayonet.
Then duty personnel can charge at the intruder with bayonet in his hands. If this doesn’t work, they can use the standard issue swiss army knife to attack intruders. And if that still doesn’t work, they can try throwing rocks at the intruders. Everyone knows that if you throw a rock at the target during live firing range, the system might sometimes register it as a hit.

Proper control is required when issuing live ammo to guard duties personnel.
Yes yes, there is a need to amend the current procedures. The best control method is to keep all the live rounds in the guard room safe. Only the guard commander has the keys. If the prowlers or sentry on duty spotted any intruders, he will ask the intruder to wait, run to the guard room to request for live ammo (subjected to approval from guard commander) and run back to the intruders to engage them. (NOTE: guard duties personnel are reminded not to run with a loaded rifle.)

How did he manage to escape from camp? There should be tighter security to prevent soldier from AWOL-ing.
Right. They should step up the security at all army camps. In fact, they should replace all the fences with the same type of fence used in change prison. This will prevent guard duty personnel from escaping from camp at night.

(But if we built high wall at all army camp, it would also make it impossible for intruders to come in. Then why still the need for guard duties?)

Why didn’t the police warn the public?
Ya lor. Silly. They should announce thru TV and Radio that a NSF has escaped from camp with a SAR21 and live ammos. It will confirm cause widespread panic and everyone will stay indoors. The whole street will be empty and thus making it easier for police to conduct their search. I bet Dave will be the only person in the streets.

Why didn’t they evacuate Cineleisure before confronting him?
Yes, the police should ask the building management to make public announce to ask the public to leave the building in an orderly manner. Dave will remain in the toilet and wait for the police to arrest him while everyone is walking out of the building in an orderly manner.

Why did it take the police take so long to catch him?
Preciously!! The police are damn inefficient. Singapore so small, just a red dot on the map. I can jump from tuas to changi with just one jump. (Sometimes even overshot and land into the sea) Why do they need 20 hours to hunt down a guy? Plus he is carrying a big ass SAR 21. From far can see him clearly liao. Can’t they go up the tallest building and look down to find him?

Anymore questions?

DK's evil twin brother

Every once in a while, you will see me blogging in a very sarcastic tone. Still remember the entry on worker party? Actually, its not me. It is my evil twin brother doing the blogging. If you been reading my blog frequently, you should know that I don’t blog in a sarcastic way. I always try to be nice when I blog (Key word is TRY).

I always try to control my evil twin brother, preventing him from coming online to blog about things he sees. But sometimes, it is just too hard to contain him. He would struggle violently whenever I stop him from blogging sarcastic stuff. Sometimes, he would even try to login when I’m not around to avoid capture.

Its been harder and harder to stop him lately. Especially with those stupid entries on Straits Times and Stomp. He just want to come out and speak his mind. I can't control him 24/7.

Please bare with my blog if you see any more sarcastic entries. I’ll tag them accordingly so that you’ll know that those entries are actually made by my evil twin brother instead of me.

Funny letters to ST Forums

Sometimes I wonder why these letters get published on Straits Times forum.

30 Aug 2007
Don't burn so much hell money - how about fund transfers from the living to the dead?

I AM concerned over the poor air quality during the Chinese seventh month.
I understand and respect the fact that a huge proportion of our citizens place importance in the burning of hell money as a form of respect to their ancestors and deities.

However, with the current global emphasis on saving the environment, I see a pressing need to make some suggestions.

In our mortal world, we now have credit cards, cheques and several forms of remittances (SWIFT and telegraphic transfers). I appeal to religious leaders, whose followers practise the burning of hell money, to study the implications of alternative hell fund transfers.

I see these alternatives as a win-win situation for the living and the deceased. The latter stand to receive an infinite amount of hell funds with the mere burning of say, one hell cheque or one hell credit card, thus saving a whole stack of paper from the bonfire, or the religious leaders could run a form of remittance facility. With the technological advances that we now have, I am confident that where there's a will, there's a way.

It is timely to set a good example to our younger generation to practise what we have been preaching to other nations struggling to curb the slash-and-burn method to clear jungles and forests and that is, to reduce, to reuse and to recycle.

Lai Ee Sa (Mdm)

But we have some technical issue here. We know we can do internet banking in our world. But how do we know downstair allow internet transfer? Do they have internet to begin with? Is the network stable? Do they have wireless@hell?

Interesting plan. But got some minor issue that needs to be sorted out. Will the writer volunteer to go down to check if all the infrastructure is in place?

Why create stress for crabs and frogs sold at eating places?

MY FAMILY and I often frequent the new coffeeshop near our place in Canberra Road.
Last week, we went there as usual to have our dinner. A woman took our orders and promptly went back to the stall.

Then, I caught a glimpse of frogs moving about in a plastic tank. There were also the commonly seen crabs, immobilised by raffia strings.

Knowing that the animals were stressed killed all the appetite I had for my dinner.

I have become a vegetarian for animal welfare reasons and so it was very upsetting to see the frogs and crabs on display as food at a heartland coffeeshop where families, both young and old, gather for a good meal.

My animal-loving parents felt disturbed too.

The frogs may or may not be kept in an unclean or cramped condition, but this does not dispel the fact that they live and breathe like us and deserve to be treated with respect - as an animal and not just a source of food.

If the people who order the dish could see how their dinner is being prepared, would they still be able to stomach what is on the plate?

It does not take rocket science to know that animals can feel stress and pain too.

So why can't we just spare these crabs and frogs the stress?

If other types of meat are subjected to regulated slaughter and sold chilled in supermarkets, I am sure frog legs and crab meat can be done likewise.

I ask that we be compassionate to these animals before they die for our eating pleasure by not putting them in eating places for an unknown period of time and subjecting them to unsupervised killing practices.

Lee Poh Ling (Ms)

Then how? Ban meat and force everyone to turn vegetarian? But recent research shows that plants do have stress too. So how? Eat air? Hmmm....

----------------

Seriously don't know what to make out of all these letters to Straits Times Forum. Every week we see funny emails which makes you wonder why people write such email to begin with. And why the editors actually publish these letters. You mean there isn't any better letters?

OK, don't get me started on Stomp. It's even worst there.

Workers' Party should not be allowed to hold cycling event

I was pretty shocked when I heard that the Workers' Party wanted to hold a cycling event at East Coast Park on 9 Sept in conjunction with its 50th anniversary. How could these opposition parties be so irresponsible? Don’t they know the social implication caused by such events? Thankfully, our efficient Singapore Police Force rejected their application for a permit. I don’t dare to imagine the social disorder that might happen if such dangerous events are given the green light.

And these opposition party really too much. They still have the cheek to ask during Parliament why their permit was rejected. Stop wasting time at Parliament. We got more important things to discuss at Parliament like minister pay increment, GST hike, public transport hike and ERP hike. Who cares about your cycling activities? (Well, unless you are going to install an In-vehicle Unit and cycle thru the new ERP gantry) Luckily we only got 2 opposition members in Parliament. I couldn’t imagine the amount of time wasted if more of you guys get elected.

Luckily our Senior Minister of State for Law and Home Affairs, Prof Ho Peng Kee was quick reply the questions post by the opposition. "Police requirement is that such party activities be held indoors or within stadiums, so that any law and order problems will be contained. This policy applies to all political parties,"

I totally agree with Prof Ho. Our Singapore Police Force are not able to contain any law and order problem outdoor created by your cycling event. They are already very tired already. So tired that they have to sleep in multi storey carpark. They can’t even handle the social disorder cause by 40 gays jogging along Singapore River. What makes you think they can handle your big group of cyclist? You guys aren’t the ruling party who will behave themselves during large outdoor events. Everybody knows that opposition party members are well known to create trouble outdoor. We seen it couple of times outside CPF building and Hong Lim Park.

And Prof Ho also added that "You may be well-behaving, but there may be other people whom you come across when you cycle who may stop you, may want to debate with you and that may attract a crowd, and therefore will result in problems the police want to avoid." I find this statement very true. We all know that supporters of opposition parties like SDP and SDA will not debate with WP since they are on the same boat. But PAP supporters will since they have different political point of views. That is 66.6% of the Singapore population vs your small group of supporters. Imagine what will happen if all 66.6% of them were to go ECP on that day and challenge you guys to a debate. And also, Prof Ho cannot control his supporters and tell them not to go ECP to disturb your cycling event. Just go to their YPAP forum and you can see that it’s pretty out of hand. What if they bring the online flaming offline? So for the safety of the WP members, the cycling event cannot go on. It’s for your own good.

Really. The PAP actually care and concern about the safety of WP members. Outdoor political events are too dangerous. Only the ruling party are capable to hold outdoor events safely. That is why the police always approve the permit application by the ruling party. The opposition party can’t do it in a orderly manner. Better to hold your event indoor and cycle in a multi purpose hall.

And I’m sure Mr Low is wearing his hearing aid. But he confirm isn’t wearing his thinking aid. Well… at least not the type of thinking aid that Prof Ho was wearing.
