For status of blogger.com and blogspot.com, you can check it at http://status.blogger.com/. According to the status report. A major upgrade on Monday from 7-8 PM (their time) will occur. Hopefull, that would solve the recent spate of blogger problems.

I been unable to log in since this morning. Only around 9pm today then able to do so. Good thing I didnt lost anything. Heng.
