Can someone please explain to me the logic behind this.
You build the NEL, but keep 1 station closed. Giving the excuse that there is not enough people in the area to open the station.
Now you come out say you might wanna relax the rule and open the station. Make a big hu-ha over it and everyone start calling you an angel.
But wait a min, aren't you the same devil who kept the station closed for the past few years? So why should I be grateful now?
